Lady Luck Tattoo Expo - Hammerlock Poster

I was asked to do a poster for the Lady Luck Tatto Expo(hosted by Aces tattoo) after party show with Hammerlock, Vengince, and Bay Area Metalcore. of course I was stoked to do it and this is what I came up with.
The art itself is acrylic and enamel on masonite. I wanted to do some hand lettering, but just didn't have the time. So I scanned in the artwork and layed out the text in photoshop. The poster is 11x17. I thought it turned out pretty cool.

Intro

i'm ron rash. i paint stuff...on stuff. i paint walls, canvas, wood, metal, etc. i don't always know what i am doing, but doing is learning. and that is what i do. so, i thought i might start documenting some of what i do on a daily basis. it might not always be about painting. it may be about my day. something i did. something my kids did. or something else. i dunno. lets see how it goes.
